7. Fair Knees and Elbows

Now rub this lemon on your elbows and knees followed by the application of some petroleum jelly. Afterwards wipe all the sugar and petroleum jelly with the help of a towel soaked in hot water to find soft and fair skin in these parts.

People using heels have often problem of aching feet. Take a shower and afterwards apply some mustard oil on your big toes from top to bottom. Massage for a few minutes which will help circulation of blood and you will get rid of aches and pain in your feet.

It will regulate your digestive system and you can have the solution for bad breath. Bad breath is caused by bad digestive system. Another tip is to boil three raisins (kishmish) along with three small cardamoms (elaichi) and three mint leaves (pudina) in water and strain. Use this water to gargle every morning or you can drink this water in evening time as well. It will help you get rid of bad breath.

11. Dandruff Problem

Take water and apple cider vinegar in equal quantities and mix one cup of water and one cup of apple cider vinegar and rinse it through your hair.
