7 Pakistanis Indicted in Benazir Bhutto’s Killing

An anti-terrorist court (ATC) of Rawalpindi has indicted seven persons including former

CCPO Rawalpindi Saud Aziz and former SP Rawal Town Khurram Shahzad in the Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case on Saturday, Geo News reported. The court has not indicted former president Pervaiz Musharraf in the case.
The Rawalpindi ATC heard the case in Adiala jail where the accused were presented before the court. The accused denied the charges against them on which the court instructed to present witnesses in the next hearing. Therefore, the hearing was adjourned till November 19.
The main accused, Aziz and Shahzad, are currently out on bail.
Benazir Bhutto was killed on December 27, 2007 in a suicide attack after an election rally in Rawalpindi.
