This issue is discussed a lot now adays and everybody gets confused either using the loan service of mobile operators is Halal or Haram and everybody is reluctant to talk on this issue because everybody thinks that he or she don’t have much knowledge on this topic and remains in confusion on this topic.
When we take loan from mobile company when we pay it back the mobile operator cuts additional amount to our loan as service or transaction charges. So Jamia Banoria came up with a solution to this problem by calling it Halal in addition to it Ufone also cleared it to be service charges not interest and cleared that we don’t compound this charge while in interest the interest keep on compounding while on this service it’s a one time charge. This is what Jamia Banoria said regarding the service.
