1. Kalsoom Lakhani

Kalsoom Lakhani launched Invest2Innovate, also called i2i, in 2011. Invest2Innovate links budding business owners with investors and support, in keeping with their thought that “entrepreneurs have the power to change the world.” They have an i2i accelerator, which gives support to online companies and matches them with i2i Angels, their investors.

2. Ghulam Sughra Solangi

Married off at 12 and divorced at 18, she struggled to educate herself both at home and in spite of social as well as social hurdles, went on to obtain her High School Certificate. 3. Roshaneh Zafar

Roshaneh Zafar is an active social business owner having an remarkable list of qualifications. She was an Ashoka Fellow and worked thoroughly in the World Bank on Water and Sanitation problems. After meeting with Muhammad Yunas and seeing the outcome of Grameen banking, she began the Kashf Foundation in Pakistan in 1996, and is also the Md of the Foundation. She also began Kashf Microfinance Bank Limited.
Kashf Foundation gives microfinance, job opportunities and training for women and helps over 500,000 ladies and families in Pakistan. Roshaneh Zafar has got many awards such as Skoll Award for Entrepreneurship, Tamghai Imtiaz and Vital Voices Economic Empowerment Award, among others.

4. Maria Umar

Maria Umar is the founder of Women’s Digital League (WDL), which is an on-line website that provides digital services. WDL goals to tap into what it phone calls “a huge dormant workforce which is either aggravated from working outdoors or has difficulty finding job opportunities.” Karen Umar was influenced by the possibilities inherent in such a service, after she’d to work from home following maternity leave, and was using oDesk.

5. Saba Gul

Saba Gul is the founder of popinjay, which was earlier known as BLISS. Popinjay is a non-profit company that actually works with artisans in Pakistan to create handmade and high quality purses and handbags. It concentrates on empowering these artisans, specially ladies, as the web site claims that they “offer our artisan females practical training, fantastic wages, dignity and a path to self-sufficiency. 6. Sabeen Mahmud(Late)

Sabeen Mahmud was the President of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE ) in Karachi. She began PeaceNiche and something of their initial projects, T2F, and that is called the Second Floor Café. 7. Rabia Garib

9. Sophia Hasnain
