The charming “QB” had very serious accident on 2nd Feb, 2013 at 7 am morning while she was going to airport to catch flight to Dubai, she was sitting at the backside of the car on left side. It was indeed the fault of another car that hit QB‘s car so hard Her car flipped over and she was taken to Combined Military Hospital in Lahore within no time after tests and check-ups doctors gave a satisfactory report that nothing serious had happened and was released from hospital but later QB felt severe pain in spinal cord and was again taken to National hospital Lahore, where doctors suggested her surgery. Now she will go through surgery and according to doctors there is nothing to worry she will get well soon and that’s what millions of her fans desire.
Her band fellow Hussnain Alam was also with her during the accident he also had minor injuries and is fine. Recent planed concerts of the singer with unique and attractive voice singer has been postponed but she will be back in action for her abroad tours in March- April.
QB jumped into music biz back in 2010, Her cover song Ankhian Nu Ren De was the starter for her career. Even though she had no classical training, she was heavily inspired by Sufi musicians, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Abida Parveen, and specially Reshma, among others. Her song “Panchi”, which she recorded with Jal Band in Coke Studio, raised her profile.
