  • Subject Poor state of Evo 3G Services in Tank City

    It in intimated that, the undersigned is presently based in Tank City (KPK) for the last two years. With regards to the subject, I want to state following:-

    a.The undersigned is Evo 3G subscriber for the last two years.

    b.Evo 3G internet net is getting worse day by day as besides discontinuity of service coupled with NO service error is constantly surfacing in Tank City area.

    c.Since the undersigned is using Evo 3G internet service for more than a year, it is presently at its worst state with no comparison to its history.

    d.As and when load shedding start, Evo 3G service switches off, whereas there should be alternate means of powers supply to PTCL communication installation for constant provision of services to subscribers.

    e.It is pertinent to mention here that other mobile service operators do continuously provide their services in hail, storm and what not but Evo 3G never works only in case of load shedding.

    Above in view, it is requested to please look into the matter and arrange alternate power supply facilities to ensure constant provision of Evo internet services to subscribers.
