Shoaib Akhtar’s marriage to Rubab was a surprise but finally Shoaib did get married. The problem is that due to marriage and BA papers together, Rubab failed to pass the English Literature paper because her preparation for the exam were affected by the marriage.

According to media sources, Haripur University arranged BA part first papers. Rubab managed to pass other three subjects but English Literature proved a difficult task for her to pass.

Rubab Mushtaq recently married the world’s fastest bowler Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar and almost three months ago she participated in BA exams in Haripur University as a private candidate. Yesterday the University announced the result and unfortunately Rubab couldn’t get past the English Literature paper.

According to result, Rubab scored 42 marks in Islamyat compulsory, 33 marks in English compulsory and 44 marks in Islamyat elective but she could score only 4 marks in English Literature.

Media sources claim that she was preparing for English Literature in a private college but all in vain. She must participate in supplementary exams in order to pass English Literature paper.
