Any person in Pakistan, who wants to send or receive money can use this service by visiting the nearest Mobilink franchise, Business Center or any of our thousands of Mobicash retailers spread across Pakistan.

Mobicash Money Transfer Process:
To send money:
In order to send money, the sender needs to bring the following documents to the Mobilink franchise, Business Center or Mobicash retailer.
- Valid and original Nadra CNIC along with one copy of the CNIC, its mandatory.
- Valid CNIC number of the person who has to receive money, its mandatory.
- Mobile phone number of the sender and receiver, its optional.
- During the money transfer transaction, the sender will be asked to enter a 5 digit confidential pass code on the Mobicash Agent’s handset. The sender should not disclose this confidential pass code to the Mobicash agent and should only communicate the pass code to the receiver.
- If Mobile number has been provided, as soon as the transaction is completed, a confirmation SMS will be sent to both the sender and receiver, which will contain the transaction’s ID and other relevant information.
- A stamped receipt will also be provided to the sender.

To receive money:
In order to receive money, the receiver needs to bring the following documents to the Mobilink franchise, Business Center or Mobicash retailer.
- Valid and original Nadra CNIC along with one copy of the CNIC (mandatory)
- Transaction ID of transaction received in the confirmation SMS (or provided by sender)
- The receiver will be asked to enter the 5 digit confidential pass code communicated to him by the sender.
- If mobile number has been provided, as soon as the transaction is completed, a confirmation SMS will be sent to both the sender and receiver.
- A stamped receipt will also be provided to the receiver.

Mobicash Limits:
You can send money through Mobicash Money Transfer up to 15,000/- to a CNIC.

Note:
In order to carry out the sending or receiving money transfer transactions, expired Nadra CNICs will not be accepted.
