Facebook has launched this global project in collaboration with six multination mobile and cellular companies that are Samsung, Ericsson, MediaTek, Opera Software, Nokia and Qualcomm. At present, is providing its services in fifteen countries of the world including Pakistan. started its services in Pakistan on May 28, 2015 in collaboration with Telenor Pakistan.

How to use free mobile internet in Pakistan?

In order to get the free internet services of, you are required to be the SIM holder of Telenor.

Visit from your mobile phone

From Free Basics platform, Facebook provides the free access to basic internet services in various countries. These services are without any data charges.

Method 2:
