Steps to Change PTCL Modem WiFi Password

PTCL is offering free wireless modems to all of its customers. Through this amazing service, most of the modems are pre setup with default passwords for their modem settings as well as their WiFi Internet password. Many of us do not know about changing their PTCL WiFi password so here is the procedure for them.

It is very simple all you need to do is to follow the steps given below:

1. Write 192.168.1.1 in any web browser, press enter.
   Username : admin
   Password : admin
2. Login to modem admin panel.
3. Locate wireless settings, (WLAN).
4. Go to Security.
5. Change existing password.
6. Save.

Your password is changed after saving. Now modem will restart and you have new password for your PTCL wireless broadband connection.
