The most delicate thing about this new storyline of Desi Kuriyan is that it will not be celebrity obsessed as it was in the previous installments, as this year the girls from different field of lives will get the chance to prove their desiness in the famous reality show.

Over this new idea on the screens Waqar was of the view that: “In our country, due to cultural constraints, we obviously can’t have beauty pageants like Miss World and Miss Universe, so we have a taken a similar concept and twisted it a little bit to make a theme for this year Desi Kuriyan.”
