Telenor eCare or Telenor Info service is a web-based information portal of Telenor for its customers. This eCare portal aims to make the Telenor customers able to come to know about what is happening around the world and what the current status of their balance with Telenor is.
Now the Telenor customers can get the information of their account with a brand new way of Telenor to obtain valuable information. It is now very easy to check you call history, SMS details and other records with the eCare portal of Telenor. The process for getting call history and other details is very easy and straightforward. The customers of Telenor are first required to create an account.
By simply creating an account you will save time by order tracking, single click activation & deactivation, and complete mobile usage details. All you need first to create an account and after that, you will be provided with a dashboard from where you can come to know about friends and family information, statements, recharge history and payment history.
At start, Telenor was supporting login via Facebook account, but that option came to end.
How to Create Account?
1. In order to create account at Telenor eCare Web Self Service Portal move to https://www.telenor.com.pk/customer/account/create/ and provide details of followings:
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Enter CAPTCHA Code

2. After clicking on Next button, you will be given SMS PIN number. Enter the PIN sent to your mobile phone.
3. After verification, your account will create successfully. Now move to this link and log into your account. https://www.telenor.com.pk/customer/account/login/sso/f/
4. Your account will open, and now you can move to the any of the following options:
- Friends and family
- My statements
- Recharge history
- Payment history
