Najia Baig Leaves Hasb-e-Haal for Aftab Iqbal’s Khabardar?

After distributing the smiles on the set of Hasb-e-Hall for seven years, the smiling icon of the Hasb-e-Haal – Najia Baig – has left the Dunya News political comedy show according to sources. According to some media sources, the co-host of Hasb-e-Haal, Najia Baig, objected the program format that was aired on February 14. She insisted on sitting in her regular place instead of sitting among the team of people for which she was highly insisted by the administration of the Dunya Group.

Wikipedia is also displaying the special message as: “Najia Baig was removed from show in new format of Hasb-e-Haal starting from 14th Feb 2016.”Although Wikipedia can’t be said as the official source of information but most of the official pages are maintained by the official administration of the page only. So, this information can be taken as credible as well.

She did not even care about the attractive package in the shape of six-figure salary that was being offered to her and preferred to part her ways instead of going for the new arrangement recently introduced by the management. Moreover, on the official Facebook page of Hasb-e-Hall, viewers of the show are also insisting for recalling the old format and most of the audience disfavors the new style and format of Hasb-e-Hall.

It is important to note here that no official statement has been made by Najia Baig and the administration of Hasb-e-Haal. Rumors are also there that Najia Baig can join another political comedy show Khabardar that is being hosted by the Aftab Iqbal on Express News.

I failed to stand the new format of Hasbe Haal even for 5 minutes after remaining its die-hard fan for the entire 7 years.
I have completely stopped seeing the program due to its highly un-presentable and substandard new stage team. It was a pain to see a new center-figure on bench trying to rub shoulder with two young girls on his sides and the awkward shifting and dodging of the girls to avoid the older man's uncalled for tilts towards the two. I am sure the program would find it difficult to progress further with the same acceptability, as before.

Couldn’t agree more with you Mohammad Saeed. I couldn’t stand the new format. Najia Baig took the beauty of show with her.
