The wait is over! Now the Xiaomi lovers in Pakistan can have their favorite Xiaomi smartphones and other devices in Pakistan without any intervention of online shopping stores. According to sources and the announcement made by the Xiaomi partner in Pakistan Smart Link, Xiaomi will be officially launched in Pakistan on February 20, 2016.
The official launching event will be held in Islamabad. It is also being said that Daraz and Zong will also be the distribution partner of Xiaomi. Smart Link has already published the news for distribution of Xiaomi smartphones in Pakistan. Right after the opening of the official event, smartphone and other accessories of Xiaomi will be made available to Pakistan. Moreover, these will be officially purchased from the online shopping store of Daraz as well.
It merits mentioning here that, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority banned Xiaomi smartphones in Pakistan due to illegal use of customer data by the company. Now the mobile company has got the NOC from the PTA to launch its smartphones in the country officially. Both Smart Link and Xiaomi have not cleared yet what will be the prices of its smartphones and accessories in Pakistan.
Well, February 20 will clear all the matters regarding prices, warranties and policies matters. At first, following Mi phones will be launched in Pakistan.
