Airfares are going sky high be it of any airline you want. The national airline of Pakistan, Pakistan International Airline (PIA) is looking to provide relief to the people of Pakistan by providing them with discounted tickets for international travel. In a series of tweets, the national airline announced that it is reducing its ticket prices by up to 20% making it easier for the people to travel during the Eid days. People have always complained of high ticket prices during the Eid days but now it looks as if their prayers are answered and PIA has reduced the prices significantly for Eid.

The national airline announced that it will be reducing ticket prices for the UAE by 20% until August 12, 2019. The ticket prices will go down for Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. With the government already announcing four days Eid Holidays, it looks as if a lot of people might end up going to UAE for a short vacation and these reduced prices will tempt them further to go during the Eid holidays. The airline said that the discounts to the UAE aren’t the only one that they are offering with the discounts available for flights between the UK and Pakistan as well.

PIA is offering 10% discount on tickets for people flying from Pakistan to the UK till August 10 only. People who are traveling to Sialkot from London will also get 10% discount from September 24 to November 30. PIA has also introduced discounts for the senior citizen who will be getting 10% off on their tickets while school students will also get 10% discount on ticket prices. The step is a good one by the company specifically at a time when it is expected that a lot of people might fly to UAE for mini-vacations on Eid.
