Samsung & Ufone to Establish Call Center, Toll Free Number

The giant cell phone manufacturing company ‘Samsung’ has joined hands with the one of the largest cellular companies in Pakistan ‘Ufone’ to establish a toll free call center. Step has been taken to facilitate the customers of both companies with a quick and simplified responses to the customers enquiries and complaints and to deliver best customer service experience.

The project was kicked-off by the managing Director of Samsung Pakistan ‘Mr. J. H. Lee’ and Mr. Ahmad Kamal, Chief Officer Customer Operations Ufone in Lahore.

Talking at the occasion, MD Samsung said, ” The call-focus office is intended to upgrade the brand’s openness, though the utilization of cutting edge innovations. The client can now in a split second enjoy direct discussion with Samsung to pass on their enquiries and desires from the brand and its items. It will increase the value of Samsung’s creative items and quality execution, accordingly enabling the client to appreciate the most recent in telecom advances and ceaseless integration, on-the-go.”

Samsung has launched this service to provide a better experience to its customer of Pakistan. Samsung is aiming to provide international standard services to its customers.

COCO Ufone Mr. Ahmad said at the opening event, “Ufone believes in innovation, development and new collaborations, which is reflected in this new agreement with a global leader in electronics; Samsung. Now, Samsung would be able to benefit from Ufone’s extensive experience in customer care, giving it satisfies customers, further enhancing its image.”
