HelpLine Numbers for Jazz, Ufone, Telenor and Zong by Landline and Mobile

Before the merger of Warid and Mobilink, there were six mobile operators in Pakistan. At present, there are now five mobile operators in Pakistan that are Mobilink & Warid, Telenor, Ufone, Zong and Special Communication Organization (SCO). (SOC is working in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir under the supervision of Pakistan Army and Ministry of Information and Technology).

Providing 24/7 customer service is very important for every organization for business point of view. Customer care center either in the shape of helpline or helpdesk is the best way to know about the grievances of the customers. It is only through which the organisation comes to know the value of their services in the shape of customer feedback either positive or in the shape of complaints.

If you are looking for the helpline number of every mobile operator working in Pakistan then here is the procedure for accessing it by both means; mobile and landline.

Mobilink Jazz PTCL & Mobile Helpline Number

For existing customers who want to call through mobile, it is 111. New customer and landline users can dial 111-300-300 for what they are looking for. BlackBerry users are advised to call at 120

Ufone PTCL & Mobile Helpline Number

The customer of Ufone can call Ufone Call Center by dialing 333 from their Ufone number. They can also call Ufone Call Center by dialing 033-11-333-100 from any landline number for information or feedback.

Telenor PTCL & Mobile Helpline Number

The customer of Telenor can call 345 from their Telenor number 24 hours a day. New customer and even Telenor existing customer can call at 92-42-111-345-100 from any landline number to get assistance and information.

Zong PTCL & Mobile Helpline Number

The customers of Zong are required to call 310 from their Zong number or dial 111-222-11 from any landline or mobile number along with area code for any information, request or feedback.

Note: Call center dialing/calling rates are according to terms and conditions of each of the mobile operator. The customers of above mentioned mobile operators can call at the helpline 24 hours a day for any queries, information or feedback.
