Wasim Akram as honorary CEO of Careem announces drop in fares upto 25%

Careem is few of the international chauffeur service offering companies which have set their strong foothold in quite less time in Pakistan.

Even facing a strong challenge from the bigwigs like Uber, Careen has never been out of the business for sure.

Up the latest, the news about Wasim Akram was sworn in as a CEO  of Careem was revolving on the web, the news was right up to much extent as the Sultan of Swing was honoured as the honorary CEO of Careem, and that too for only one day.


MD Careem, Junaid Iqbal stated:

The former captain of Pakistan cricket team grabbing the opportunity took the executive orders for the Careem fans and following that he has announced upto 25% off on the Careem Go rides.

  • 20% in Karachi for Go Rides

Careem, a ride-hailing app from Middle Est entered Pakistan back in October 2015, since then it is getting a positive response.
Careem is also the first 360 degrees on-demand cab service of the capital city, which makes it a more brighter than others. Earlier, this on-demand cab service was providing its services in Lahore and Karachi.
It will be pertinent to mention here that days back UberGo have also announced 20 fare waiver for both the Lahore and Karachi customers.
