It seems that now hackers have now started targeting famous blogs and forums as recently we have seen Propakistani.pk getting hacked. It was hacked by group of hackers calling themselves madleets. Propakistani.pk was recovered by admin last night. In the mean while another website siasat.pk was found hacked. Pro-Pakistani seemed to be hacked due to some personal issues between the admin and group of hackers. As the hackers had written some questions for the admin which tells that there was already something going on between the hacker and admin.
Siasat.pk is a website that covers the latest political news and happenings in Pakistan . Things common between both the hacked websites siasat.pk and propakistani.pk that is both these websites have been hacked twice between six months and both of them have been hacked by same group of hackers. In last two months very critical and famous website were hacked like HBL website , ABL website , Telenor Tameer Bank website, Sindh Government website , MQM website , hum Tv, Aaj TV Website, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Website, Central Bank of Afghanistan Website, Pakistan Army Website.

So far it haven’t been discovered that either these hackers do it for fun or they have some other plans. Whatever their plans are one thing is sure that hacking a website is not an easy task one have to be a master to do that. Some hackers have very strong point that is, they do hack websites just to show how much security lapse is there in their websites.
They also have another view that due to such weak security of websites Indians or other foreign hackers hack our websites very easily that damages image of Pakistani IT specialists. Well these hackers have got point as they have proved by hacking banking sites which is very dangerous for economy as people will lose trust on banks and won’t keep their money in banks and it will also affect the foreign investors as well. Only time will tell why hackers have now targeted famous blogs and fourms.
