Pakistan Cricket Board’s Ex-Director Game Development and Ex-Chief Selector Aamir Sohail left Pakistan Muslim League (N).
Aamir Sohail was dismissed a couple of days ago from his above mentioned posts. He did not get any help from his political party when he was getting dismissed from the seats of Director Game Development and Chief Selector. This is why he declared that he is resigning as a Focal Person of the Sports Wing of Pakistan Muslim League (N) and is leaving the party.
The views shared by him on this matter revealed that Pakistan Muslim League (N) proved to be absolutely different from what he expected while joining PML (N).
He further said that after performance of PML (N) in the previous nine months, it was proved that PML (N) has no capabilities in order to solve problems of the country.
Chief Operating Officer of Pakistan Cricket Board informed the Media on 11th of February 2014 that Moin Khan was appointed as a head coach of Pakistan Cricket Team. Shoaib Muhammad was appointed as fielding coach. Muhammad Akram who was working as a bowling coach got 2 years of extension in his contract. Zaheer Abbas was appointed as Chief Cricketer Consultant. According to him, since no appointment letter was issued to Aamir Sohail, therefore he had to leave as there was no place for him in the new setup.
It would be good time to remind the readers that Zaka Ashraf was removed as Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Najam Sethi was appointed as new Chairman of PCB.
