International driving licence or permit in Pakistan can be obtained from all provinces and federal capital as well. In Islamabad, it can be acquired from the Deputy Commissioner Office of Islamabad Capital Territory Administration and in Lahore from City Traffic Police Lahore. The process of other provinces is also mentioned hereby. The procedure for getting an international driving licence from both is being mentioned here.
For those who wants to get the international driving permit are requires to submit the following documents to the IDP Clerk General at the Deputy Commissioner Office of Islamabad Capital Territory Administration.
Islamabad:

Attach:
- Valid Pakistani driving license
- Rs. 30 stamp to be pasted on the application form along with Rs. 350 as a processing fee. Rs. 30 stamps can be obtained from GPO by asking for inserting on the application.
- Valid passport
- CNIC copy
- Proof of living in Islamabad like domicile
- Two passport size photographs
District Magistrate will issue the International Driving Permit after verification of all documents.
Lahore:
International Driving License can be acquired from the approved centers of City Traffic Police Lahore.

- Copy of Pakistani passport valid for at least 06 months with Visa
- Two attested passport size photograph
- Rs. 66 court fee ticket
- Rs. 450 Bank Challan Fee
The International Driving License issued by the CTP Lahore will remain valid for three years.
Karachi:
