Kareena Kapoor Khan will be joining a new venture, a new ride in her career, which is never been taken by her counterparts. Bebo of B-town will be teaming up with Pakistani renowned director Shoaib Mansoor in a Pakistani film.
The media was all with buzz of Kareena marking her presence in a lead role in Shoaib Mansoor’s upcoming project, her starring for Pakistani cinema will be the first by any A-list actor of Bollywood.
Kareena holds high-value in Bollywood and has performed in numerous B-town projects; she is also regarded for making several super hits with her utmost brilliant acting.
Talking about Shoaib Mansoor, it will never be wrong to honor him as the man in front-line to rehabilitate Pakistani cinema and make it stable today. Many of the B-town stars are inspired by Shoaib Mansoor and follow him as mentor, even Kareena herself is big fan of Shoaib Mansoor and Kareena was quoted, saying: “I really want to work with him. He has made some fantastic content driven films and is a wonderful maker.”
Shoaib Mansoor’s Khuda Kay Liye and Bol worked a lot to make path firm for Pakistani cinema, Bollywood actors were even envious for not having a superb director like Shoaib, after his Bol left applause everywhere.
According to the latest sources, Kareena’s spokesperson has confirm the news of Bebo’s verbal ‘OK’ with Shoaib Mansoor and up-the-latest she’s in Dubai and will be meeting Pakistani director and official signing will take place.
A source close to Kareena says, “A few months ago, Mansoor had e-mailed his concept to Kareena, saying that she will have a powerful role in the film. She liked the idea but wanted to read the script before giving her nod to the film. She will be the first A-list actress to work in a Pakistani project.”
The most fascinating and different thing which will be going to happen is, Kareena who’s seen far away from social sites, will be joining Twitter for one day and will be announcing her film with Shoaib Mansoor by the month-end.
Kareena is currently shooting alongside Arjun Kapoor for R Balki’s ‘Ki and Ka’ and to set official meeting with Shoaib Mansoor she has taken rest from the shootings and is staying in Dubai.
