Finally the Indian daughter Geeta returned to India. Life of Geeta in Pakistan has left several questions for those people who always founds creating conspiracy theories about Pakistan. If we take a view of the life of a deaf-mute Indian girl who lived in Pakistan for a decade and half then we come to know about the real face of Pakistan that is always tried to keep hidden from these controversial non state actors.
Geeta has really enjoyed the best life in Pakistan because of Abdul Sattar Edhi and his wife Bilquis Bano Edhi. Abdul Sattar Edhi who is recognized as the most respected personality in Pakistan after Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah has surely look after Geeta like her daughter. Geeta is a Hindu girl and during her almost fourteen to fifteen years stay she was not forced to change her religion. Even she was named Geeta by Bilquis Edhi.
Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj thanked the Bilquis Edhi for not only giving mother’s love to Geeta but also not forcing Indian daughter to change her religion.
