These security measures have been put into place to give you, our users a heightened sense of security throughout the entire remittance process. Multi-Factor Authentication Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security feature for customers logging in to Click’n’Remit, that allows users to keep their account secure. This is a three step process that first occurs during the user registration process, after which all users need to go through this in order to sign in to their Click’n’Remit accounts.
The first step is a security feature where users are asked to enter a text that appears on their screen as an image of random letters, this is called CAPTCHA. Following that, the new Remitter will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link, which will have to be clicked on to enable the new remitter to continue with registration. This security text appears as an image of random letters that prevents hackers, phishers and other malicious software from attempting to register multiple false entries. The users simply need to enter the exact text that they see on the screen in the space provided.
The next step will require the remitter to select three security questions. The remitter will chose from a list of questions to answer to help ensure privacy is maintained when logging into ClicknRemit. One of these three questions will then be asked every time the Remitter returns to sign in.
The final step is visual confirmation of an image. The remitter is asked to type in a note or a phrase regarding an image. Once all three questions have been entered along with the visual confirmation, the registration will be complete. The Remitter can now successfully log in and use ClicknRemit to remit funds to Pakistan.

This can be done by entering your personal bank account number and your banks routing number. Once this information has been added, you will receive an email containing instructions regarding the SDV process. This new account will remain in a PENDING state until the credit and debit information is verified correctly by you. While the verification process is taking place and your account is in a pending state, you may remain logged into ClicknRemit, and update any other information in your account. Once the verification is completed, you are ready to use ClicknRemit to remit funds to your family and friends in Pakistan. The SDV process is not in place for credit/debit card transactions. | |
