Sana Murad is the childhood friend of Ahmed Shehzad. Talking to some media persons at his wedding ceremony, Ahmed Shehzad told that the marriage was fixed by her mother. He also consented for his mother wish. It is still not clear about Sana Murad from where she belongs but she is the far relative of Ahmed Shehzad and also from an Afridi Pashtun family like Ahmed Shehzad.
