The cricketers are also kind of troops as they match tough schedule and live most of the time away from their families. And a crick-lover can well get it in his mind when we enjoy the best moments with our families on occasions and different events, our cricketers mostly are bound to participate in the matches. And they do so happily, as they feel honored to be representing the Pakistan all across the globe.
When the Pakistani team is on the trip, like other teams, strictness is also imposed on these cricketers so they could pay more of their attention to the cricket and outclass their rivals. But when it is some event or time to spread smiles, Pakistan Cricket Board authorities themselves arrange a party or a little function, so the players could feel relax from their tiring routine.
And as we know that Pakistan cricket team is nowadays in New Zealand to play T20 series and ODI series and right after that they will be heading to UAE as it will be time for PSL and after it the T20 Worldcup will be on the way. All we can do is to wish the very of best of luck to our stars.
Amid all this hectic schedule, players also share some moments which are part of their golden memories. And now Pakistan team on New Zealand tour celebrated the birthday of middle order batsman Asad Shafiq. All of the cricketers and team officials were there to wish the cricketer best of luck on his 30th birthday. Here are the pictures of last night bash:
The wicket keeper batsman Sarfraz Ahmed and opener batsman Ahmad Shahzad were quite prominent in party as they were standing much close to the birthday boy and in some of the pictures Shahzad was also hugging both of them. These bromancing moments were captured by the camera and are now revealing the brotherhood among them.
And if you don’t know, the trio will also be sharing the dugout in PSL as they all are part of the Quetta Gladiators.
Asad Shafiq turns 30
The middle order batsman has turned 30 on January 28 this year. He have been showing off his class especially in the Test Matches and have rescued the Pak camp when all the other players were suffering with a ‘run-drought’.
Shafiq has represented Pakistan in 41 Test Matches and 58 ODI’s. He holds average of 43 in Tests and is regarded as one of the most reliable batsman of Team Green.
