How to Register PTCL Complaint Online?

In order to timely entertain the complaint and queries of its subscribers and general users, Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) have launched an online complaint cell where anyone can lodge complaints regarding any service of the PTCL or any kind of hardness being faced by the users. The aim of providing online complaint service is to provide the customer better care and get the customer satisfaction in response. PTCL offering the online complaint service in order to get the objectives of resolving the issues of its customers on the timely basis and eliminate the customer wait time at the call centers or helpline calls for complaint registration.

Method to Register PTCL Online Complaint

Step 1: Go to the PTCL Online Complaint Registration Platform from here

Step 2: Select for product type; Landline, Broadband, 3G EVO, IPTC, Vfone, or CharJi


Step 3: Select complaint type; Call Drop, Busy Tone, Cross Talk, Internet Problem, No Dial Tone, Noise, or Single Ring.

Step 4: Select Service ID (Phone#).

Step 5: Provide Mobile Number

Step 6: Provide Email address

Step 7: Type the CAPTCHA or keyword and press the Submit button. You will be provided with a complaint number.COMPLAINT REGISTRATION

You can check the status of your complaint from here. Select the product type, Service ID (Phone #) and the Complaint Number. Click on the View Status to check the status of your online complaint.

    Assalam o Alikum,
    Dear Sir,
    I have applied for shifting of my land line in Malir Cantt Exchange with in same EXCHANGE AREA on
    7th November 2017, in Malir Cantt Karachi . Shifting involves from DOHS Phase 2 To DOHS Phase 1.
    For Information Please. PTCL charging me Full but Compatible Services Not Provided

  2. My phone 02135370442 is out of order since many days with complaint no as 61. I am still paying the bill. Senior Engineer at Clifton Karachi does not pick the phone. Any one out there to redress out grievance.

    To Whom It May Concern

    I ordered Smart TV on Line about 20 days back, it took 7 days to arrive the device, and still not fixed and no one has yet seen any channel out of 128 channels.

    I am sure that you would find so many numbers of our complaints regarding so called SMART T.V. and Wi Fi” on every call the PTCL complaint center said Nuaminda Aaraha Hai. and NO NUMAINDA Came til now.

    Therefore I request you which i have requested allready on LINE that PLEASE take the Device away which has not been used YET.

    P.S. It was a great Mistake choosing SMART T.V. Box, and our Wi Fi is still not working, that may also will be replaced by US with another Device In Sha Allah..
