Forbes list for the ’30 under 30’ Asia List for 2016 is there and the four Pakistanis have been chosen for that list. The list by Forbes features 300 under-30 entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders across Asian in ten categories who are “transforming business, technology, industry, culture, media and much more.”
Here are those four hard-working and passionate Pakistanis who have successfully made to Forbes.
Khalida Brohi
Age: 27

Khalida Brohi is a social activist for human rights in Pakistan. She is the founder of Sughar Empowerment Society in Pakistan that is working for educating and empowering the Pakistani women. She is from Baluchistan, Pakistan and is the first girl from her village to go to school. The change in the life of Brohi came when her friend became a victim of honor killing and was killed because she wanted to marry the person she loved instead of one her family had chosen for her. Since then, Brohi started to protest the honor killing and now working for the empowerment of the women.
Fiza Farhan

Fiza Farhan, 27, has already made her name to the Forbes list for 30 under 30 Asia for 2015. This year, she again made it to the Forbes for being the influential entrepreneur. Fiza Farhan is the founder of Buksh Foundation that is working for the alternate and renewable energy resources and also for eliminating the gender issues in Pakistan with the main emphasis on the empowerment of women in the country. Her foundation has installed solar-powered lights in almost 6,750 houses and has provided the small business loans to the 12,000 as well.
Umar Anwar Jahangir

The 24 years old Umar Anwar is running a not-for-profit organization and running several other healthcare programs in Karachi. His NGO named Bahria Medics works for the health relief in the disaster effects area and for this organization is running a mobile blood bank as well that is said to be first mobile network based blood bank in the country. Umar Anwar Jahangir is also the member of the Youth Parliament in Pakistan and has influence in the public matters regarding sustainable development in the country.
Muniba Mazari

Muniba Mazari, 28, is an anchor of Pakistan Television Corporation. She is the first anchor in Pakistan to do anchoring in a wheelchair, due to a car accident she had at the age of 21. Muniba Mazari is a writer and motivational speaker as well. She has founded her own brand as well named Muniba’s Canvas with the slogan Let You Walls Wear Colors. Muniba Mazari is also the brand ambassador for The Body Shop in Pakistan. She is also the part of Ponds Miracle Women as well.
