Note:
Provide the correct phone number without area code as 789654. The users of Karachi and Lahore must write 3first before their numbers.
To get the duplicate copy of the bill, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC.
How to Check EVO Bill?
Move to this link https://dbill.ptcl.net.pk/PTCLSearchInvoiceEVO.aspx and only enter MDN with area code and enter the ESN to get the duplicate EVO bill. This section doesn’t need account ID at all.

There is another way to search the e-bill as well. Move to this link https://www.ptcl.com.pk/eBillRegistration/RequestForBill and provide following details to get the bill copy.

- First Name
- Last Name
- Telephone No (With Area Code)
- Account ID as mentioned on bill
- Email Address
