After the Yellow Cab Scheme, the Punjab Government is going to take another initiative with the name of Orange Cab Scheme. Just like previous scheme, this scheme is also being launched to accommodate the unemployed youth of the province.
With the launch of this new scheme, Punjab Government wants to revive its program Apna Rozgar Scheme that was launched to make the unemployed youth to earn on their own basis rather than waiting for jobs or working for the others. A couple of days before, the CM Punjab Government has announced that the new Orange Cab Scheme will be launched in the running year.
‘”The scheme will provide 100,000 people with a source of income,” he said, adding, “Previously, as part of the ‘Apna Rozgar’ scheme, the Punjab government has disbursed 50,000 cars to Punjab’s young people.”
He said, “Apna Rozgaar Scheme had been a successful scheme which was highly praised by the public and recovery procedure of this scheme was hundred per cent. He said the Punjab government had promoted E-governance and culture of transparency in the province and ensured quality in the development projects.” “Digital payment system will end up corruption, frauds and facilitate the people as E-Cards will provide different services to customers. Digital system will also provide relief to farmers and the process to redress damage from natural disasters will be improved, he added.
Giving his views on this new scheme, he said that better transportation and easy mobility is one of the major needs of the human being today. This scheme will surely help the unemployed youth of the province to arrange a reputable source of income for their family.
