Among a lot of holy dates and festivals of Muslims, the day of 12th Rabi al Awaaal is also the most popular data as it is the birthday date of the Hazrat Muhammad (sallal-also alayhi wasallam). In most of the Muslim countries, this day is celebrated as a national holiday. According to official notification of Ministry of Interior, “it is notified for general information that November 21 (Wednesday), 2018 shall be a public holiday on the occasion of Religious Festival of 12 Rabi ul Awal Eid Milad un Nabi.
The notification for a holiday has already been circulated in all government offices. The day of 12 Rabi ul Awal will dawn with 31 gun salutes in Capital Islamabad and 21 gun salutes in all provincial capitals. National and private TV and media channels will hold special events and ceremonies on this day.
