The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission NAVTCC has announced the registration and application submission process for the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program Phase IV Batch II.
The scheme is valid for the entire country. The intended applicants need to search the availability of program in their district, tehsil or area from this link http://youth.navttc.org/Institutes. Just province the province, division and district detail in this link and you will be given the full information of the related training providing institutes in your respected region.
Last date for submission of application form is March 31, 2018.
Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Program Eligibility Criteria
The applicants need to meet the following eligibility criteria:
Must be between age of 16 to 36
Applicant form must be processed along with Educational Certificates, Domicile, Computerized CNIC or B-Form, and Two Passport Size Photographs.
Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Program Application Form
The application form for the said training program is available here. The candidate can also get the further information from the designated institutes located across the country including Islamabad, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
The training will be offered in several technical and non-technical areas including social media marketing, web designing, graphics, beautician, tailoring, plumb ring, electrician, driving and many others. The training aims to alleviate poverty from the country by offering technical courses to the unemployed youth.
In the running year, the unemployed youth belonging from middle and lower middle class families will be provided skill development training in a demand driven trades. The program is being regulated by the NAVTCC Government of Pakistan.
Program Duration
The duration of program is 03 to 06 months depends on the nature of course.
Stipend
The selected applicants will be offered free training and study material along with monthly stipend of Rs. 3,000 (Rs. 4,000 for FATA Trainees). In selected trades, selected applicants will be offered free tool kits. The training is being offered across 350 public and recognized private sector technical and vocational training institutes.

The training will be given in selected Demand Driven Trades. These trades have been selected in consultation with TVETA Stakeholders. The applicants can check the list of available courses also from here http://youth.navttc.org/Trades.
