Ufone has been known to bring BlackBerry mobiles into Pakistan’s market before anyone else does. Now Ufone has introduced the latest BlackBerry Q10 for BlackBerry fans. It is a beautifully designed smartphone and it is the second ever smartphone released by BlackBerry that runs on BlackBerry 10 operating system. The feature that distinguishes it from other BlackBerry phones is that it possesses both touch and QWERTY physical keyboard.
With a mighty 1.5 GHz Dual-core processor, ultra-crisp display and touch-screen that is very accurate in response, 8 Megapixel rear camera that has the capability of recording in HD format, 2 Megapixel front camera and elegant looking physical keyboard makes it one of the best second generation smartphones released by BlackBerry. RAM is 2 GB and it is good enough to support Wi-Fi connection or mobile internet connection and doesn’t feel slow during the operation.
Although BlackBerry has made an effort to maximise the screen space by removing the controller from the keys area, yet the screen is small in size. It measures just 3.1 inches diagonally and almost 2.25 inches square. Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720 x 720 (330 ppi) is a very good one and graphics rendered are bright and sharp.
Browsing the web is a difficult process because the screen space is very less. This implies that you have to scroll horizontally and vertically a lot. Small size of the screen also makes it an unpleasant experience to watch videos as bigger screens make video watching more fun.
Initially this smartphone offered by Ufone is available only at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad but later it can be provided to other major cities of Pakistan as well. Ufone offers this phone to its post-pay customers only.
