Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif are in Kingdom in Saudi Arabia to attend the parade of Thunder of North military exercises of Saudi Arabia. PM Nawaz, Army Chief General Raheel and other officials of Pakistan attended the parade on Friday held in King Khalid City. Pakistan Special Services Group (SSG) troops and Pakistan fighter jets especially JF-17 Thunder also performed in the exercises.

Later on, PM Nawaz, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif along with other political and military leadership arrived in Masjid e Nabvi for Ziarat Roza E Rasool (PBUH). They offered Nawafil and prayed for the development and prosperity of Pakistan.

PM Nawaz, General Raheel Offering Prayer at Masjid e Nabvi[Video]
The military exercises and parade in Saudi Arabia were also attended by the leaders of twenty one other countries as well. During the stay in Saudi Arabia, both the PM Nawaz and General Raheel held meetings with Saudi political and military leadership. Both sides ensured the cooperation with each other in investment and economic sector. During the meeting with King Salman bin Abdulaziz, OM Nawaz Sharif thanked for supporting Pakistan on various occasions. He also appreciated the successful completion of joint military exercises to enhance the collaboration among the Islamic countries.
