In recent years, Pakistan has witnessed the slash in the timing of load shedding. For the same reason, the development and manufacturing of electrical equipment are increasing day by day. Electrical rickshaw, electric cars and now we are coming with electric bikes in Pakistan.
Jolta, a local manufacturer of e-bikes in Pakistan, is planning to launch electric bikes in Pakistan at very economical prices. At first phase, it will launch at least three variants; E70, E100, and E125. Jolta is in fact in collaboration with Hong Kong based company; however, most of the development and assembling are doing in Pakistan.

These bikes have no mechanical engine at all, rather it contains
Rather than the traditional engine, these bikes contain motorized engines that contain no piston and fuel emission system at all.
Availability of e-bikes in Pakistan?
Jolta motors have not given any deadline for the launch date. However, it is expected that these will be available within next two months. The company has already signed the memorandum for delivery of 2,500 electric bikes for Gawadar Free Zone Company to make it a pollution free and emission free region.
