Pakistan’s First Digital City Haripur
Technology is the biggest weapon of the present and future countries that are trying to support their digital community are getting ahead in the race.
KPK government realising the need of the day has announced the first digital city of Pakistan. The Local Government will establish the city, and its location will be at the back of the Margala hills. Name of the city will be “Pakistan Digital City Haripur”.
The city will be situated at 30 minutes’ drive from Capital of the country.
It will be a golden opportunity for the entrepreneurs of the digital world to come up with what they have got as the firms will be offered land on lease in the digital city.
Kamran Khan Bangash’s Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khyber Phuktoonkhwa announced the provincial government plan to set up Pakistans first digital city as he tweeted “Industrial revitalisation in IT Sector is the cry of the day. We’re soliciting preliminary survey from National & International investors/industries for “Pakistan Digital City Haripur”, only 30 minutes’ drive from Islamabad,”
Indeed Pakistan needs such projects to boosts the technology sector of the country as many need such a platform to show off their abilities.
Such steps will drive Pakistan’s Technology Industry to the next level and will generate huge revenue and jobs.
