Zartaj Gul Wazir is one of the most prominent members of National Assembly and a rising star of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf. Zartaj Gul can be seen on many television programs nowadays. She is a role model for the young girls as she has broken many barriers to reach where is now. Zartaj Gul is a member of National assembly Pakistan. She won general elections 2018  and was nominated for the ministry of Climate Change. She is the minister of state for climate change. A young woman with high aims wants to prove her iron in every field of life.

Zartaj Gul belongs to Pashtun tribe named Wazir. Her full name is Zartaj Gul Wazir; she started her schooling from Bannu and Miranshah. Her parents had given her the space to prove her self and to listen to her inner self. After that she moved to Lahore along with her family she did her inter from Queen Mary College, and later got admission in National College of Arts from where she completed her postgraduate today. She completed Textile designing from National College of Arts. As soon as she finished her studies she joined Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf as she wanted to bring change in the politics of Pakistan.

She moved to Dera Gazi Khan after getting married in the year 2010. She contested in general election of 2013 and stood from NA-172 Dera Ghazi Khan III, but she lost seat and got 38643 votes against Hafiz Abdul Karim She didn’t lose hope and contested in General Elections for 2018 from NA-192 Dear Ghazi Khan 3, but this time she won by a significant margin by winning against a strong contestant Awais Laghari. She was selected for Ministry of  Climate change and is holding that office since 13 August 2018. She got married in 2010.
