Do Bo Cast Affan Waheed and Hira Mani are coming on TV screens. The two will play the character of Saad and Zahira in the upcoming drama serial “Ghalti”. It is directed by Saba Hamid, senior actress of drama industry who is making debut in direction with this serial, and produced by Six Sigma Productions.
According to lead actors, they were offered the project by the director during Do Bol, and due to the storyline, they nodded to do it. According to Hira Mani, the drama is about anger issues in which Zahira would be cool-minded girl who would face family issues and pressures but speak for herself when she would be disrespected. Similarly, Affan Waheed would essay the role of Saad who would have anger management problems but the man is also in love with her as well.
However, the actor said in an interview that there are some twists and “catch” which they would not reveal but the twists will be aired after the fourth or fifth episode.
The drama has the cast of Saba Faisal, Anoushay Abbasi and Saba Hamid herself as well.
Affan Waheed and Hira Mani received huge appreciation after Do Bol. They were offered around 5 or 6 scripts and drama serials. According to their interviews, they, themselves, were also shocked on the drama’s popularity. However, they gave its credit to viewers and writers.
Although the on-screen couple is hopeful for an upcoming project, they are also prepared that “Ghalati” might go as hit as their previous loving drama. They have requested people in the interview to watch the drama and do not compare it with Do Bol because both of them have different plot and storyline.
Badar and Gaiti Ada praised the direction skills of Saba Hamid. Hira Mani’s opinion is that she is like Mehreen Jabbar.
Currently, the two are busy for the shooting of this new drama in Karachi but if you are a fan of Mr. Waheed then tune to Hum TV and watch Main Na Janoo in which the boy is playing the role of an antagonist while sharing the screen with Zahid Ahmed, Sanam Jung, and Komal Khan.
