If you are unable to get your PTCL and Evo bill on time then don’t worry. PTCL has launched s services by the name of Duplicate Bill to enable its users to get the duplicate copy of their bill online from the official website of PTCL.
PTCL is currently offering its subscribers to check their PTCL Landline and PTCL Evo (Wireless Broadband) online.
PTCL Landline Duplicate Bill
To get the duplicate bill of PTCL Landline, move to the official page of PTCL Landline DBILL
Provide PTCL subscriber information that is phone number without area code and enter your account ID as well and click on search.
Note: In enter phone number field, enter your PTCL number without area code. However, the users of Karachi and Lahore are required to write 3 before their number without area code. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer for printing the bill.
In case of wrong information, it will display the ‘no record found’ error.
PTCL EVO Duplicate Bill
To get the duplicate bill of PTCL Landline, move to the official page of PTCL EVO DBILL
Provide PTCL EVO subscriber information that is MDN with area code and enter your ESN as well and click on search.
Note: In MDN filed, enter your MDN with area code but without zero in start. The subscribers of Lahore and Karachi are required to enter MDN that must be preceded with 3 like: 213aaaaaaaa. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer for printing the bill. In case of wrong information, it will display the ‘no record found’ error.
If you are unable to find MDN and ESN then check your EVO box, sale order form or contact your nearest sale point for MDN. For ESN, check the backside of EVO or contact with nearest PTCL sale point.
