Thousands of schools and educational institutions, billion dollars in shape of aid and reforms, long speeches and still the education system of Pakistan is not moving toward progress. What is going on in Pakistan is best described by a Baloch poet Wasu Khan who painted the education system of Pakistan in a funny style.
Wasu Khan first threw light on the importance of the education and told how the education can change society by giving eyes to the people. But with the passage of time, there came businessman and money in the education sectors that makes millions on the name of education. Lack of proper education, infrastructure and even non availability of basic needs at schools but the teachers and institutes makes money instead of this crisis. Every sitting room has been changed in to a tuition center.

Here is the hilarious poetry by Wasu Khan on education
Khuda karay ga khair
Sun taleem per Wasu ka shair
Taleem nay aisa kam dikhaya k andhay ko tesra aankh alagaya
Ameer Gharib ko aik banaya
Logon nay aisa kam dikhaya k school ko ghar ya bethak banaya
Ustad nay ghar bethay tankhwa khaya
Bachoon ka zindagi daao per lagaya
Khasta halat mein school kharay hain
Latrine ka to naam nishan hi nahi hay
Building ka chaat nechay aya, Ustad nay bachoon ko bahar parhaya
Bachoon k liyay furniture bhi nhi hai, peenay k liyay paani bhi nhi hay
Bethnay k liyay saya bhi nhi hay, bachay becharay dhoop per kharay hain
Thora bahot jo fundi (funding) aya, Us ko mil k sub nay khaya.
