If the customer misplaces or didn’t receives the bill on time, than he/she can easily check the bill or get a duplicate copy online rather than paying the physical visits to PTCl offices and asking them for the copy of the Bill. Now one can check the PTCL bill online while resting in comfort of their houses.
Step 1: Go the official website of PTCL
Step 2: Look for “Print Bill” and click it.
Step 3: Here you will be given two options either to select the “PTCL Landline Bill” or “PTCL eVO Bill”. You may select any one of your desire service. Lets we click on “PTCL Landline Bill”.
Step 4: Now a window will appear demanding you the PTCL Subscriber Information. You have to enter your PTCL “Phone Number” and “Account ID”.
You may get you “Account ID” from your any of previous bills.
Step 5: On pressing enter your bill will appear. You may save it in PDF on your computer or get its print.
For getting online bill, PDF software should must be installed in your computer.
