The customers of Telenor can configure their handset for all type of internet services, GPRS and MMS. To receive the internet services directly from the customer care center of Telenor, they are required to SMS internet to 131 following which they will receive the internet settings.
The process to configure the handset settings for GPRS/WAP and MMS is also very simple. These can be performed either by way of Telenor Prepaid Website or through call center. The process for both are:
Configure Handset Settings for GPRS and MMS via Telenor Prepaid Website:
- First logon to the Talkshawk website at www.telenor.com.pk
- Move to handset settings page
- Select desired handset model > Model Type > Desired Settings and now save the settings retrieved OTA
Configure Handset Settings for GPRS and MMS via Telenor Call Centre:
If the GPRS and MMS settings are not available on website, you can also contact with call center by calling 345. Ask customer relations officer for settings.
