The most awaited wedding of the year has finally happened. The silver screen heartthrob, the CSP officer turned actor Hamza Ali Abbasi has finally entered into the lifelong alliance with the painter cum actress Naimal Khawar Khan. The photographs of this simple yet elegant wedding were round the corner soon after the event wrapped up without any unnecessary pomp and show.
The news of the wedding went viral when the wedding card of the couple to be, went viral on the social media mentioning the dates of the wedding. It came as a surprise for the fame as the relations between the two were never made public earlier. Soon after the wedding card on the social media, the handsome groom to be Hamza Ali Abbasi tweeted saying that he wanted the relation with his platonic friend to be according to the religious limitations, therefore, he has decided to get married and his idea was equally liked by his better half to be. It was this decision that was supported by the Almighty too who made them fall in love with each other.
Although they were criticised by some over this notion Hamza Ali did not want to discuss it further as he was glad to have such a beautiful life partner to spend his rest of the life with. The wedding affair began with the Mayon ceremony. The beautiful pictures of Naimal in her yellow outfit carrying a happy smile revealed the story of her happiness over this relation. Unlike many other celebrity weddings, there was hardly any unnecessary arrangement. The affair was kept simple and only a few friends were there along with the family members.
The nikkah ceremony was held on Sunday afternoon in the Monal Restaurant Islamabad. The elegant looking Naimal chose to wear her mother’s wedding dress instead of going for a branded option. Hamza, on the other hand, wore a white shalwar Qameez. Among the celebrities attending the wedding, there were Usman Gohar, Usman Mukhtar, Atif Aslam, Uzair Jaswal and Ammara Hikmat. The Walima reception will take place on the 26th of August.
